Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a waiting period applies for security reasons.
Session Time Limit
You can set a time limit for how long you play in each session. Once the set time has passed, our system will automatically remind you to take a break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to stop playing for a while, you can suspend your account for a specific period. This can be done for as little as 7 days or on a permanent basis.
View Gaming History
By accessing your account you can view your complete gaming history, deposit and withdrawal records and session details at any time. Transparency is our core principle.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is by your side seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Get instant help through live chat for any issue related to gaming.
Reality Check
Through pop-up notifications at regular intervals, you will be reminded how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This is an important part of mindful gaming.
Recognising the Warning Signs
Gambling addiction develops gradually and can be difficult to recognise at first. Ask yourself the following questions:

- Do you keep coming back to play in order to chase your losses?
- Do you feel restless or anxious when you try to stop playing?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
Financial and Social Signs
- Is money needed for household expenses being spent on gaming?
